Holiday Inn & Suites St. Cloud, an IHG Hotel

The gentlemen that helped us up front was very nice, courteous. He was so great that for my son's birthday he gave us a fabulous surprise an upgrade to our room. I couldn't asked for a better experience, an we will be coming back.

The lobby was bright and nice space for relaxing. They also had a Caribou Coffee in the lobby. Nice for coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning. We had an updated room and the bed and pillows were excellent. Slept like a rock.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning. staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
